Build a cricket scoreboard

• Two teams with ordered batting lineups and a bowling attack; a match has a fixed number of overs per innings (for example 5 or 20) and two innings
• recordBall({ runs, extra?, wicket? }) handles legal deliveries, wides and no-balls (which add a run and do not count as a legal ball), byes, leg-byes and wickets, updating batter, bowler and team totals
• An over has six legal balls; after each over the bowler changes (the same bowler cannot bowl consecutive overs) and the strike swaps; strike also swaps on odd runs taken off the bat
• A wicket brings in the next batter; an innings ends when all but one batter is out, overs are finished, or (in the second innings) the target is reached
• A printed scorecard shows each batter's runs, balls faced and strike rate, each bowler's overs, runs, wickets and economy, extras and the score as runs/wickets (overs)
• The result is computed at the end (win by runs, win by wickets or tie), and invalid operations (balls after the innings ended, wicket with no batters left) are rejected
