Build a drag-and-drop sortable list

• A vertical list of items that can be dragged to a new position using native HTML5 drag and drop or pointer events
• A clear drop indicator (a line or gap) shows where the item will land while dragging
• On drop the order state updates; dropping on the original position or outside the list changes nothing
• The dragged item is visually distinguished (reduced opacity) and a cancelled drag (Escape or drop outside) restores the state
• Keyboard reordering: a focusable drag handle or item, where Space picks it up, ArrowUp and ArrowDown move it, Space drops and Escape cancels
• Changes are announced to screen readers through an aria-live region (for example "Item 3 moved to position 1 of 5")

Only after every requirement works.

• Drag between two lists
• Animate other items sliding into place
• Touch support with pointer events and touch-action: none
