Design and implement a library management system as an in-memory library in Node.js.

Time box: 75 to 90 minutes. Focus on the model, issue and return rules and fines; no persistence or HTTP layer.

A Book has an ISBN, title, authors and subjects, and one or more physical BookCopy objects with their own ids and status (available, issued, reserved, lost)
Members have a limit on concurrent loans (for example 5) and a membership status; blocked members cannot borrow
issue(memberId, copyId) checks the limits, availability and unpaid fines, then creates a loan with a due date (for example 14 days); return(copyId) closes the loan
Fines are charged per overdue day on return, computed by an injectable fine policy and clock, and a member with fines above a limit cannot borrow until they pay
reserve(memberId, isbn) queues a reservation when no copy is available; when a copy is returned, it is held for the first member in the queue
search({ title?, author?, subject? }) returns books with their number of available copies, and memberLoans(memberId) lists current and overdue loans
