Build a transfer list

• Two lists ("Available" and "Chosen") with items rendered as checkboxes with labels
• Selecting items and pressing "Move right" or "Move left" transfers them, preserving the original order of the destination list
• "Move all" buttons transfer every item at once; the move buttons are disabled when there is nothing to move
• Each list has a select-all checkbox that shows the indeterminate state when only some items are selected
• A text field adds a new item to the "Available" list, rejecting empty and duplicate values
• Selections are cleared for moved items, and counts such as "2 of 5 selected" are shown for each list

• A search filter on each list that does not lose selections
• Reorder items inside the chosen list
