Build GitHub user search with caching

• A search input calls the API after a 300 to 500 ms debounce and ignores queries shorter than a minimum length
• Results show avatar, login and a link to the profile, with Previous and Next page controls (the API's per_page and page) and a total count
• Results are cached in memory by query + page, so repeating a search or going back to a visited page makes no request
• Superseded requests are cancelled with AbortController, and an out-of-order response never replaces a newer one
• Rate limiting is handled: on status 403 or 429 (check x-ratelimit-remaining and x-ratelimit-reset) show a message with the time until reset and pause searching until then
• Loading, empty ("No users found") and error states are distinct

• Infinite scroll in place of pagination with an intersection observer
• Keyboard navigation through the results
• Persist the cache in sessionStorage with an expiry time
