Cumulative Prefix Sequence Pattern

For each i from 1 to n, add i lines: 1, then 1 2, then up to 1 2 ... i, each number separated by a single space. Return all lines in order. For n = 3 the lines are 1, 1, 1 2, 1, 1 2, 1 2 3.
