Build a Jira-like board with filters

• Columns for statuses (To do, In progress, In review, Done), each listing ticket cards with key, title, assignee avatar and labels
• Optional swimlanes group the board by assignee, so each lane has the same status columns
• Dragging a card to another column (or lane) changes its status, with a drop highlight and an optimistic update that rolls back if a mock API call fails
• Filters by assignee, label (multi-select) and free text; filters apply together, and the column headers show filtered counts
• Filter state is stored in the URL query string (for example ?assignee=ana&label=bug&q=login), is restored on load, and updates with back and forward navigation without full reloads
• A card keyboard alternative for changing the status (a menu or keyboard move), and a "Clear filters" action

Only after every requirement works.

• Reorder cards within a column with persisted order
• Quick create ticket in a column
• Column work-in-progress limits that warn when exceeded
