Build a stopwatch with laps

• Start, Stop and Reset buttons; the display shows mm:ss.cs (minutes, seconds, hundredths) and updates smoothly
• Elapsed time is computed from performance.now() differences, not by adding a fixed amount per tick, so it stays accurate when ticks are late
• Stop then Start continues from the accumulated time instead of restarting
• A Lap button (enabled while running) records the lap time and the split since the previous lap, newest first
• Reset clears elapsed time and laps; the fastest and slowest laps are highlighted once there are at least two
• Intervals or animation frames are cancelled on stop and unmount

Only after every requirement works.

• Persist laps in localStorage
• Keyboard shortcuts (Space for start/stop, L for lap)
• Export the laps as CSV
